The Boa is an advanced cold forged multi-purpose locking Carabiner which incorporates the prime features of both the H.M.S. and Klettersteig Carabiners in its distinctive ergonomic body. Forging gives high strength and rigidity whilst a mammoth gate opening readily. Accommodates either the Italian Hitch, Betterbrake, Bug, Cardiac Arrester, or other belay systems besides coping easily with Via Ferrata, ladder and wire protection systems. The Boa is available as a screwgate, quicklock or locksafe. The triple action gate mechanism of the locksafe significantly reduces the possibility of accidental gate opening, and is a major step forward in improving the safety of automatic locking Carabiners.
