Store Rental Details

We have an extensive selection of equipment available for you to rent for your next adventure. Whether this is your first time out or you're just checking out some new gear, we rent the top of the line equipment we sell. We have a variety of equipment for all your outdoor pursuits.

PICK-UP AND RETURN POLICY:
Equipment pick-up can be made anytime the day prior to rental. Equipment drop-off should be before 2pm of the following day to avoid late fees. Late rentals will be charged at the additional day rate.

CLEANING, DAMAGE & REPLACEMENT CHARGES:
Cleaning charge for soiled, muddy, and unrentable equipment is $10.00/item. Damage repair will be assessed at shop rates ($35.00/hr.). Lost, stolen, not returned, or unrepairable gear will be charged at FULL RETAIL PRICE.

DEPOSITS:
Deposits are required with all rentals. Credit card deposits are preferred, but cash and check accepted with valid ID.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION:
We require advance payment in full to book a reservation. Phone reservations accepted with Visa or MC payment. Since different types and brands of footwear fit differently, we cannot reserve boots of any type without you trying them on first. After you have rented a boot from us, keep your rental agreement and then you will know what size fits you. No rental refunds unless you cancel 24 hours before your pick-up date. We will not be responsible for acts of nature, weather changes, or changes in your plans; please plan accordingly.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (TBYB) PROGRAM:
For skis and ski boots, 1/2 of up to three weekend rentals may be applied toward purchase of like merchandise (same catagory). For all other equipment, one 2-4 day rental may be applied toward purchase of similar items. TBYB credit is good for 60 days from date of rental. TBYB credit is usable toward purchase of similar items at regular or package price only and cannot apply toward purchase of sale priced items.
